The 2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback Gets Massive Upgrades

November 15th, 2022 by

The Toyota Corolla Hatchback is a stunning yet functional sports vehicle. It combines the dependable hardware of the Corolla sedan with a dash of mischievous fun. The Corolla hatchback receives all of the multimedia and safety updates from the sedan for 2023 and a couple of its own.

With a new front grille and rear bumper with optional silver accents, the Toyota Corolla Hatchback’s appearance gets revved up for 2023. The new GR gets large daytime running light headlights and taillights. The XSE, on the other hand, receives new 18-inch graphite-colored aluminum wheels. The SE has brand-new 16-inch aluminum wheels with 10 spokes.

Safety Features

All Toyota Corolla hatchback models have the new Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 system. The safety suite adds proactive driving assist with deceleration assist and obstacle anticipation assist. SE and XSE models come with a sport driving mode and replace the blue interior with red elements.

Infotainment System

The new Toyota Corolla hatchback has an adaptable 8-inch Toyota audio multimedia system with built-in wireless support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are also four additional USB-C ports inside the cabin.

Audiophiles are in for a treat with the sonically astounding 800-watt eight-speaker JBL premium audio system. Additionally, all 2023 Corolla models have Safety Connect and Service Connect with up to a 10-year trial subscription, adding more value to the vehicle.

Exterior Features

The Toyota Corolla hatchback has a bold appearance with a muscular shape enhanced by chiseled lines and three-dimensional accents. Choosing the 16 or 18-inch wheels gives the vehicle a more exciting and sportier look. Also updated for 2023 are the headlights, which are now slimmer, sharper, and wrapped deeply into the front fenders.

The diffusing inner lens of the LED taillamps is intended to emphasize the Hatchback’s robust posture. The front fascia of the XSE receives LED fog lights enhanced with chrome fog bezels.

The hatch is made with TSOP (Toyota super olefin polymer) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). It’s lightweight and easy to open and close. By choosing the enhanced cargo space option, you’ll get an extra 6 cubic feet of cargo space by lowering the cargo floor. This is made possible by switching out the spare tire for a tire repair kit.
